Lorna Pham, M.A, PSY.D, - CEO
"We all have a hidden strength and it takes not just one person, but the community to help us find our strength.”
Dr. Lorna Pham has over eighteen years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. She received her Doctorate degree in Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Masters’ degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
As a parent herself, she understands the complexity of balancing career and parenting; that is why Dr. Pham is a big proponent of having the family or caregiver involved in the client’s treatment by educating the family on their role on helping their loved one deal with mental illness. She also believes in treating mental illness as a whole and having a multi-disciplinary team involved in the client’s treatment.
Dr. Pham is an active member in community promoting mental health awareness and substance use awareness. As a first generation Filipino-American, Dr. Pham is a passionate advocate for the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, helping to destigmatize the subject of mental health and substance abuse. She was a presenter for the Cultural Competency and Mental Health Summit XVIII and Cultural Competency Summit XX. Dr. Pham is bilingual in Tagalog and English.
