Lorna Pham, MA, PsyD, - CEO

Dr. Lorna Pham emigrated to the United States at the age of 11 from the Philippines. She received her Bachelors in Sociology at UC Riverside in 2001, her Master's degree in Psychology in 2004 at Pepperdine University, and Doctor of Psychology in 2011 at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

She has vast experiences and held numerous positions in the behavioral health care field. She was a residential counselor for a group home, Case Manager for an independent living skills program, Service Coordinator and QA Coordinator for Regional Center, Quality Assurance Director for various non-profit behavioral health organizations.  Dr. Pham was Vice President of QA and Chief Compliance Officer for Drug and Alcohol residential facilities.  She is also an Adjunct Professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology Forensic Psychology Program.  Dr. Pham was also involved as a volunteer Executive Director for a non-profit organization that helped and support the Vietnamese community dealing with mental health issues.

Dr. Pham continues to be an active member in the community promoting mental health awareness and substance use awareness.  As a first generation Filipino-American, Dr. Pham is a passionate advocate for the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community helping to destigmatize the subject of mental health and substance abuse. She was a presenter for the Cultural Competency and Mental Health Summit XVIII and Cultural Competency Summit XX.

Jeff Yoo, MA, AMFT, - Therapist

Jeff is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with teens, adults, families, and couples. He is also a pastor who has worked with youth and college students and their families. Jeff was born in South Korea and can offer his services in Korean.

Jeff understands the pressures and challenges that we face in our culture and society. He has a heart to see people realize their worth and grow into their full potential. He understands the power of the therapeutic experience and is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental place for healing and growth. Jeff takes an active, involved approach to make sure that everyone is heard, seen, and understood. He understands the profound impact of walking alongside people in their pain and struggle.

Jeff earned his Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. He then earned his Master of Divinity along with a Master of Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He concluded his education with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University.

Kimberly C. Taylor, MA, LMFT, - Clinical Director

Kimberly Taylor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Orange County who has worked in both the public and private sector as a director overseeing substance abuse and mental health programs. She has over 15 years of experience as a therapist working with individuals, couples, and families on the issues of substance abuse, healthy relationships, communication, anger management, domestic violence as well as addressing co-occurring disorders such as personality disorders. She is also an author, trainer, and speaker on issues of domestic abuse, child abuse, mental health, and substance abuse. Her passion is working with those who struggle with addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Kimberly is an expert on youth and family development having worked as a program director for the Coalition for Family Preservation for 14 years. She also has served as the Committee Chair for Teen Talk from 2001-2005 for over 300 middle school students. Kimberly has worked as a consultant in the mental health industry setting up strong clinical teams and implementing successful programs for the last 10 years.

Kimberly has received her education from California Baptist University, earning her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Science and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.
