We are a multicultural youth and family counseling center established to meet the mental health needs of all the population of our community.
We know the value of being heard and understood. We have therapists and services that will cater to your unique needs so that you can be empowered, restored, and happy.
Our team of therapists is committed to provide you with a highly personalized and collaborative approach to help you with any struggles or challenges.






At Hidden Strength, we want to make a difference in the lives of the youth, families, and individuals in our community by providing culturally sensitive individualized counseling services. Our goal is to help the individual utilize their strengths and empower them to use their natural skills to live a healthy and functional lives.


  • Empower individuals to actively seek their highest potential through collaborating with their support system (i.e. family, friends, teachers, coaches, and faith-based leaders).
  • Improve the lives of individuals at school, home, work, and the community through developing and strengthening their adaptive living skills with consistent and predictable models and supports.
  • Ensure the quality of our staff by supporting their development and well-being so that they are able to provide outstanding care to meet the needs of our clients.



Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

HSBH intensive outpatient program is a structured, short-term treatment modality that provides a combination of individual, group, and family therapy.

Youth Intensive Outpatient (Y-IOP) Program

HSBH Youth IOP is designed to help the youth and their family/caregiver the necessary tools to overcome the challenges of mental illness.

Women’s Program

HSBH Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program focuses on women empowerment, by promoting and enhancing women’s mental health.

Individual Therapy

We provide Individual therapy to children, adolescence, and adults struggling with symptoms and behaviors related to trauma relational issues, significant life changes and/or other mood or behavior disorders.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy provides connection to other individuals wit similar experiences. Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions HSBH group sessions are specialized to meet your need.

Independent Living Skills

HSBH Independent Living Skills (ILS) is designed to assist youth in navigating the difficult transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Family Therapy

We provide family therapy for families seeking to improve relationships through exploring and restructuring unproductive family systems.

Academic Assistance

We offer academic assistance to students while teaching them to manage stress and anxiety, develop healthy studying habits, and focus better.

Parent Support Counseling

We offer support and counseling specifically tailored to parents who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected with their child


Certified Non-Public Agency (NPA)

“Hidden Strength Behavioral Health has been approved and certified by the State of California to provide services to special education students at our clinic, virtually, or on-site at local learning centers.
The State of California requires that all agencies, private and public, wishing to contract with a public school district, receive approval and certification by the state for the programs they provide.
We are pleased to work together with public school districts to conduct Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) and/or develop appropriate services given through the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).”
