Dr. Lorna Pham has over eighteen years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. She received her Doctorate degree in Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Masters’ degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
As a parent herself, she understands the complexity of balancing career and parenting; that is why Dr. Pham is a big proponent of having the family or caregiver involved in the client’s treatment by educating the family on their role on helping their loved one deal with mental illness. She also believes in treating mental illness as a whole and having a multi-disciplinary team involved in the client’s treatment.
Dr. Pham is an active member in community promoting mental health awareness and substance use awareness. As a first generation Filipino-American, Dr. Pham is a passionate advocate for the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, helping to destigmatize the subject of mental health and substance abuse. She was a presenter for the Cultural Competency and Mental Health Summit XVIII and Cultural Competency Summit XX. Dr. Pham is bilingual in Tagalog and English.
Tami L Tucker, PhD has been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and an Industrial/Organizational psychologist for over 25 years. She consults with large and small organizations assisting with employee selection and coaching.
Her clinical experience includes working with families and adolescents in outpatient settings and psychiatric units as well as with austistic children in group homes.
She has taught and supervised graduate students for the last 8 years and is both Clinical Director and Clinical supervisor to our AMFT therapists, providing further psychological training to our staff.

Razia Ghafoori is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She has earned her Bachelors and Master’s degree in Psychology from National University. Razia has also earned her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. Razia’s training and clinical experience include working with children, adolescents, families and individuals. She has over 15 years of experience in mental health and education.
Razia works on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, self-esteem, stress, parenting, grief, cultural issues, and school related issues. She provides therapy and coaching for individuals looking to achieve clarity and begin the process of finding resolutions to their current issues. She is very passionate and provides a supportive environment for individuals and their families. Razia is bilingual in English and Farsi.
Jeff is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with teens, adults, families, and couples. He is also a pastor who has worked with youth and college students and their families. Jeff was born in South Korea and can offer his services in Korean.
Jeff understands the pressures and challenges that we face in our culture and society. He has a heart to see people realize their worth and grow into their full potential. He understands the power of the therapeutic experience and is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental place for healing and growth.
Jeff takes an active, involved approach to make sure that everyone is heard, seen, and understood. He understands the profound impact of walking alongside people in their pain and struggle.
Jeff earned his Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. He then earned his Master of Divinity along with a Master of Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He concluded his education with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University
Federico began his career as a therapist in South Orange County, California, with associates in psychology (Magna Cum Laude). This was followed by his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior at UCI (Magna Cum Laude), culminating with a master’s in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University.
In 2017 Federico obtained his Master's in clinical psychology; his clinical experience includes trauma, work with adolescents, grief, multicultural counseling, and acculturation. He worked at OCCTAC (Orange County Children Therapeutic Center) under the supervision of site founder Dr. Ana Jimenez-Hami, where Santa Ana Major awarded him for services he had provided.
Federico comes from a multicultural environment; his parents were Italian immigrants in Argentina, but growing up between Mallorca, Spain, Germany, England, Argentina, and the USA. Federico hobbies are traveling, exploring, acting, and daydreaming; in other words, he enjoys putting a smile on others' faces. Federico brings joy, smiles and the feeling of security to the clients at Hidden Strength. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Guadalupe is an experienced professional who brings more than 7 years of administrative experience in office Management Human Resources, and Case Management. She assists clients in connecting to resources that can considerably improve the quality of their lives. She enjoys working with people in the community. Guadalupe will be your first point of contact with any questions or concerns that you may have. Guadalupe is also fluent in Spanish.
